The enterprise success history of Brasil International Sporting had beginning at 2003 December when the FIFA/CBF Licensed Player Agent Mr. Jose Carlos Lages, his son Lucas Lages Pinto
and his friend Marcos Baricala - Baré, started to develop the company whose core business would be the Brazilian Soccer Player Business Intermediation. After this BIS had concluded several negotiations with teams from Korea, Japan, Netherlands, Arab Emirates and so on. One of the most important moments for the company development was the partnership firmed with Figueirense FC where Mr. José Carlos worked as Executive Director in the beginning of 2004. With this partnership BIS became to be the responsible for all the negotiations involving the Figueirense players, being responsible to for the new acquisitions. Beyond this BIS started to manage the career of base category players together with the Figueirense Participações. An other point that contributed to increase the company projection in the international market was the agreements and partnerships firmed with companies and agents of reputation in Europe (Portugal, Spain, France and Netherlands) and Asia (Korea and Japan). Since its birth the company has been upgrading and investing in new Technologies and in its professionals´s development to better care of its customers and the market. Today the company possess a respected name in the international market, associated to its seriousness, credibility, confidence and responsibility.
